This is an appeal from the decree of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Kentucky, in an action in equity brought in that court by Virgil V. Adkins et al. against the Union Gas & Oil Company and A. C. Albín, to cancel an oil and gas lease bearing date of June 1, 1916, given by Cynthia A. Rice and her husband, Nelson T. Rice, to A. C.
