MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PETTINE, Senior District Judge.
The plaintiff in this action, SW Industries, Inc. (“SW”), has requested this Court to issue a preliminary injunction against seven defendant insurance companies (“the Insurance Companies”). As explained in more detail below, an Ohio division of SW was sued by an employee and found by an Ohio jury to have intentionally exposed the employee to toxic substances.
