Currently pending is the plaintiffs’ motion for an award of statutory attorney fees (Docket No. 88) pursuant to the fee-shifting provision of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794a(b). The plaintiffs’ application requests $102,270.00 as a reasonable attorney fee.
