[¶ 1] Teresa L. Harvey appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Penob-scot County, Hjelm, /.), entered after our decision in Harvey v. Dow (Harvey I), 2008 ME 192, 962 A.2d 322, in which we vacated the court’s original judgment and remanded for further proceedings. As she did in Harvey I, Teresa assigns error to the court’s ruling on the promissory estop-pel count of her complaint against Jeffrey B. Dow Sr. and Kathryn L. Dow. We again vacate the judgment and remand to the Superior Court for entry of a judgment in favor of Teresa and for further proceedings to determine an appropriate…
