Relator seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent to compel arbitration pursuant to a contract between relator and West-lake Monomers Corporation (Westlake), the real party in interest. We conditionally grant the relief sought.
Pursuant to a Federal Trade Commission order, B.F. Goodrich sold a ethylene dichloride and vinyl chloride monomer plant in Calvert City, Kentucky to Westlake Monomers Corporation (Westlake).
