MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NEALON, Chief Judge.

The Wilkes-Barre Publishing Company instituted the above-captioned action on September 18, 1979, predicating jurisdiction on § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1 and the doctrine of pendent jurisdiction. 2 The complaint contains three counts and asserts interrelated causes of action against three distinct sets of defendants.
