Plaintiff David Schwartz initiated this putative class action in the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, against Defendants Concordia International Corp., Mark Thompson, and Adrian de Saldanha. (See Compl. (Dkt. 1-1 at ECF p.6).) Plaintiffs claims all arise under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 77a et seq.
