The plaintiff seeks to recover a balance of $446.58, which he claims the defendant, Darling & Com pany, a foreign corporation, owes on an account stated between the parties after a dispute as to^ the amount of his bonus on sales made by him as a salesman for the defendant. Upon findings by the court and a finding by the jury on issues raised under the pleadings and the evidence, judgment was entered for plaintiff’s recovery from defendant of the amount claimed.
