In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant New York City Housing Authority appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pfau, J.), dated December 14, 2012, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against it on the ground that the notice of claim was inadequate, and granted the plaintiffs cross motion for leave to serve and file an amended notice of claim.
