Lee J. Rohn, Esq., appeals from the Superior Court’s March 2, 2016 order, which ordered her to pay $1,845 in *766sanctions to Appellees CULUSVI, Inc. and Cost-U-Less, Inc. (collectively “Cost-U-Less defendants”). For the reasons that follow, we reverse the March 2, 2016 order.
I. BACKGROUND
