This is a condemnation case. This appeal is from a judgment of the County Court of Smith County, Texas, entered upon a jury verdict in an eminent domain action wherein the City of Tyler, condem-nor, sought an easement for a sewer line and a temporary working easement adjacent thereto across land owned by John Hunter Brogan, Jr., condemnee.
