Plaintiff, Arthur Young, Inc., a corporation engaged in the business of executive search and recruitment, filed this declaratory judgment action seeking a declaration that its use of the name of its president and sole stockholder, Arthur Young, in its corporate name does not violate the trademark laws of the United States.
