PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by special court-martial of disobeying the order of a commissioned officer, striking a commissioned officer, and assaulting a noncommissioned officer in violation of Articles 90 and 91, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 890 and 891. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $150 pay per month for 3 months, and confinement at hard labor for 3 months.
