This is a suit for declaratory judgment to determine the ownership of valuable historical documents. The trial court granted a motion for partial summary judgment for St. Mary’s University and the Court of Civil Appeals affirmed. 497 S.W.2d 782. We order the appeal dismissed, because the trial court has not rendered a final appeal-able judgment.
