Plaintiffs Maine Human Rights Commission and individuals Vemard Gordon, Ron-*1227aid Knowles, and John Lyford appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court (Penob-scot County) dismissing their employment discrimination complaint following the court’s acceptance of a Referee’s Report recommending the dismissal.
