The plaintiff suffered numbness and partial facial paralysis after a root canal. She subsequently filed a malpractice suit against the dentist who performed the procedure. The defendant filed a motion in limine seeking to exclude all testimony by the plaintiffs expert witness on the ground that he did not meet the requirements of Tenn.Code Ann. § 29-26-115.
