Following a jury verdict against defendant, plaintiff moves for entry of judgment on the verdict.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff (hereafter also Westmont) commenced this action in 1982, seeking damages allegedly caused by the failure of defendant to conduct a proper audit of plaintiff’s business.
