MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KANE, Senior District Judge.
This is an appeal of the bankruptcy court’s December 21, 1990 order denying the motion of appellant Western Cities Broadcasting, Inc. for relief from the court’s previous order deferring consideration of Western Cities’ proposed reorganization plan. Western Cities argues, among other things, that the court exceeded its jurisdiction in ordering deferral of the hearing on its plan.
