JiCOOKS, Judge.

Frank H. Coleman appeals his Distribution of “crack” Cocaine conviction, in violation of La. R.S. 40:967 A(l). For the following reasons, we reverse defendant’s conviction.

FACTS

On September 23, 1994, the Cameron Parish Sheriffs Department conducted an undercover narcotics “sting” at the Warren Miller Subdivision in Cameron Parish.
