Appellant, Harry G. Bellaire, was charged by indictment with aggravated sexual assault; he entered a plea of not guilty. A jury convicted appellant and assessed his punishment at six years of community supervision and a $6,000 probated fine. As a condition of his probation, the trial court sentenced appellant to six months in Harris County Jail. On appeal, appellant contends the trial court (1) improperly denied his motion to suppress; (2) failed to admit relevant evidence; and (3) prohibited appellant from cross-examining the complainant on certain…
