MEMORANDUM DECISION IN SUPPORT OF ORDER DETERMINING THAT DEBTORS’ DRIVEWAY IS NOT A NUISANCE

Ronnie P. Weinhold and Sandra D. Ber-reth-Weinhold (hereinafter, the “Debtors”) owned a parcel of property in the city of Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The front part of the parcel abutted Ryan Road, and included a single family residence and two-car garage; the rear portion was unimproved vacant land, with no access to Ryan Road.
