Ronnie P. Weinhold and Sandra D. Ber-reth-Weinhold (the “Debtors”) filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on October 14, 2005. The filing stayed a pending suit by John Borowski against the Debtors in Milwaukee County Circuit Court (“Circuit Court”).
