DONNELLY, Judge.

The plaintiffs Coronado Credit Union (Coronado) and New Mexico Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation appeal from an order granting summary judgment to defendant KOAT-TV, Inc., (KOAT-TV) and which dismissed their complaint for defamation.

Plaintiffs have raised three issues on appeal: (1) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because KOAT-TV’s broadcast contained false and defamatory statements of fact; (2) the court erred in determining that plaintiff was required to prove KOAT-TV acted with malice; and (3) the court erred in granting summary judgment…
