OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS BASED ON FORUM NON CONVENIENS
LAWSON, District Judge.
This case has come before the Court on the motion by the defendant who claims that this matter ought to be dismissed because the forum most convenient for the resolution of this dispute is the High Court of Judicature at Madras, India or other Indian tribunal. Because the Court finds that an Indian court is a reasonable alternate forum, the material developments which give rise to the dispute occurred exclusively in India, and India is most likely the only forum in which the facts…
