Relator was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff of Stephens County under a decree and mandate of the Supreme Court, in accordance with an opinion holding valid a judgment of the District Court adjudging relator in contempt for the violation of an injunction forbidding the sale of intoxicating liquors. Ex Parte Green, 114 Texas, 388. The punishment imposed on relator by the District Court was a fine of $250.00 and confinement in the county jail for ninety days.
