Suit by appellants Joaquin Ibanez de Aldecoa and Zoilo Ibanez de Aldecoa, brought in the Court of First Instance of Manila, to have declared null and void a mortgage executed by them in favor of appellees on the ground that when they executed the mortgage they were unemancipated minors.
After some preliminary procedure and upon answer filed and hearing had, the Court of First Instance dismissed the suit as to Joaquin Ibanez but granted relief in favor of Zoilo Ibanez.
