This is an appeal from a judgment of the 95th Judicial District Court exercising jurisdiction in Dallas County.
Appellee, Reconstruction Finance Corporation, sought, as a holder in due course, to recover from appellant, J. C. Newton, as maker, a balance of principal, interest and attorney’s fees due on a promissory note.
