Webb v. Pillsbury

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered after demurrer to her complaint in an action to set aside fraudulent conveyances and to quiet title to real property was sustained without leave to amend.

It is alleged that in 1924 plaintiff entered into a contract with Pranklyn L. Hutton whereby Hutton agreed to pay plaintiff $1,000 a month for the period of her natural life and the sum of $100,000, in lieu of monthly payments, if he should predecease her.
