Plaintiff’s action is to recover the loss of an automobile' and its accessories which were destroyed by fire. He obtained a judgment for $2200 and defendant appealed.
The suit was brought against, and the trial was started with, two defendants in the case, the defendant Warehouse Company and the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
