Leisure Equities Corporation has appealed from a decision of the Pocono Township Board of Adjustment, rendered on October 2,1972, and reported by the chairman of the board in a letter dated October 3, 1972, directed to appellant’s attorney, denying appellant’s application for leave to erect 750 family dwelling units on 243 acres of land belonging to appellant and located in the Meisertown area of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pa.
