MEMORANDUM ORDER
RAKOFF, District Judge.
Plaintiff Jose Lugo challenges the determination of defendant Commissioner of Social Security that plaintiff is not disabled and, consequently, is not entitled to Supplemental Security Income benefits. In particular, Lugo challenges the determination of Administrative Law Judge Mary C.
