Plaintiffs, the surviving wife. and children of Roscoe Grayson, deceased, sued appellant St. Paul-Mercury Indemnity Company, herein called the “company”, as third party beneficiaries under a Workmen’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance policy, issued by the company, to Henry O.
