This is an appeal, by the plaintiff Patricia Orell pursuant to M.G.L.c. 30A, §14, from the decision of the Massachusetts State Retirement Board (Board), denying her an accidental disability allowance and an appeal of the decision of the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB) upholding the Board’s denial of benefits.
