This matter is before the court on the Debtor’s motion for civil contempt and *661sanctions for violation of the discharge injunction by Anthony Collaro (“Collaro”), a creditor, and his counsel, Romanucei & Blandin (“R & B,” collectively with Colla-ro, “Respondents”).
