Charlie Borum, who died in 1929, by his will devised certain property to his wife for her life, with remainder over at her death to his three named children and his stepson, they to share in same equally. The present proceeding was brought in behalf of two of these remaindermen against the other two, one of the defendants being the stepson, who was named as executor of the will.
