Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Thorp, J.), rendered August 8, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the second degree (three counts) and grand larceny in third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress statements made by him to law enforcement officials.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s principal contention is that the trial court erred by denying his untimely motions for a separate trial.…
