SANTORO, Judge:

A military judge sitting as a special court-martial convicted Appellant, consistent with his pleas, of one specification of making a false official statement, nine specifications of forgery, and one specification of submitting a fraudulent document to the Air Force, in violation of Articles 107,123, and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 907, 923, 934.
