THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Involuntary Petition in bankruptcy filed by two creditors of Oakley Custom Homes, Inc. (“Alleged Debtor”). The Court, after preliminary hearing held December 9, 1993 regarding the Alleged Debtor’s Motion to Dismiss, held a trial on the Involuntary Petition, February 15 and 16,1994.
