The court en banc has remanded the non-expert witness fees issues raised in these appeals to the original panel for decision.
In appeal No. 87-2128, Johnnie Gilbert, Horace Walters, Andrew Lockhart, and Billy O’Donald (appellants) appeal from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas limiting appellant Walters’s recovery of backpay to $331.73.
