This matter presents another chapter in the involved affairs of the estate of W. A. Graham, deceased. Considered herein is an application for this court to assume original jurisdiction and to grant a writ of prohibition against the respondent district judge, and parties named by such judge as trustees of the W. A. Graham Public Improvements Trust Estate.
