In this case an action was brought by the appellees against the appellants in the Circuit Court for Harford County, on the 19th day of May, 1908, and was on the 13th day of October, 1913, removed from that Court to the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, and was again removed on the 13th day of April, 1914, to the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, where it was tried before a jury and a verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff for the sum of one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100.00), upon which a judgment was thereafter entered.
