The plaintiff and defendant were married on September 28, 1919, and as a result of that marriage had two children, a boy and a girl. In March, 1925, a decree of separation was entered in this court, which decree contained a provision for the payment of ten dollars weekly. On September 23, 1931, the plaintiff in this action instituted an action against this defendant for an absolute divorce in the State of New Jersey. A divorce decree was obtained there which decree was based upon personal service of the defendant within the State of New Jersey, the court having thus acquired jurisdiction over…
