DIANA GRIBBON MOTZ, Circuit Judge:
Tyreesh White appeals from his convictions for attempted bank robbery and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113 (West 1984 & Supp.1998) and § 924(c) (West 1976 & Supp. 1998). Although 17 years old when he committed the offenses, White was prosecuted as an adult in federal court after the district judge entered an order pursuant to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act, 18 U.S.C.A. § 5032…
