OPINION BY Justice KEENAN.
In this appeal involving a contract dispute, we consider whether the circuit court erred in granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment.
Because this case was decided by summary judgment, we will state the facts, and the inferences fairly drawn from those facts, in the light most favorable to the nonmoving party, Quadros & Associates, P.C.
