The plaintiff employers operate a meat packing plant located in St. Cloud, Minneso ta. The defendant union represents certain production, maintenance and clerical workers at the St. Cloud facility. Plaintiffs and defendant have been parties to a series of collective bargaining agreements covering the years 1972-1976. Based on these agreements, Arbitrator John J.
