In this action, plaintiff CFIP Master Fund, Ltd. (the “Fund”) asserts various claims against defendants Citibank, N.A., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and Citigroup Global Markets Limited (collectively, the “Citi Defendants”), as well as against defendant U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”), arising from a credit default swap transaction 1 entered into by these parties that was administered through a proprietary trust structure.
