This Court’s opinion of August 30, 2013, is withdrawn, and the following is substituted therefor.

David Eugene Davis pleaded guilty to capital murder wherein -two or more people were murdered by one act or pursuant to one scheme or course of conduct, in violation of § 13A-5-40(a)(10), Ala,Code 1975. As required by § 13A-5-42, Ala.
