HOLMES, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Jacqueline C. Wayne pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and received a sentence of thirty-seven months in prison followed by three years of supervised release. After serving the custodial sentence, Ms. Wayne was alleged to have violated a special condition of her supervised release by failing to participate in a mental health evaluation as directed by her probation officer.
