BABCOCK, District Judge.
Before me are the following motions:
1) Defendants Rolls, Tracy, Davis, Scott, Gioia & Schop (the Law Firm), Vincent S. Tracy, Jr. (Vincent), Entech Management Services, Corp. (Entech), and Cosi-mo S. Polino, Jr. (Polino) (collectively the defendants) move to dismiss this case for improper venue or, in the alternative, to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Western District of New York;
