Rueein, Judge.'.The first position of the judge of the Superior Court, that it was immaterial to inquire, whether the conveyance of Robert Wier to his son Joseph intended to defraud Robertson, since neither party claimed under him, is contrary to what I have always considered the law; and contrary to the authorities. I conceive, that a conveyance in fraud of one creditor is void as to all creditors.
